Policy on Refunds & Cancellations

Enrolment

By enrolling on a course with the Smiles By James you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:-

1. In paying for the enrolment you are confirming that you are registered with the GDC and have received enough information and are satisfied that the course you have chosen is suitable for your needs, abilities and circumstances.
2. In return Smiles by James will deliver the relevant course critique as stipulated in the course description's aims and objectives.
3. Through registering for a course applicants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions

Payment Method

Credit/debit cards accepted: Switch, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard. We are not able to accept any other forms of payment.

Change of details

You must inform the Smiles By James immediately of any changes to the contact details you supplied on your enrolment form. Failure to do so will mean that we are not able to provide you with essential information and updates.

Cancellation by Smiles by James

Courses are financially self-supporting, and a minimum enrolment is therefore necessary to make each course viable. If, because of low enrolment or any other reason, a course is cancelled, then the we will make every reasonable effort to give registered delegates as much notice as possible (at least 7 days notice prior to the due course start-date). Smile by James maximum liability will be limited to a refund of the course ONLY. Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card on which course booking has been paid. We will not accept liability for any additional costs or losses incurred by delegates or organizations which are claimed to have arisen through course cancellation. We reserves the right to vary arrangements for the delivery of programmes, such as venue or lecturer and in such cases will make reasonable efforts to inform delegates in advance.

Cancellation by Delegate

You may not cancel a course for which you have enrolled but you will be able to transfer it to another suitable qualified person (registered with the GDC) or switch to another date as long as more than 7 days notice is given in writing.
